 In Little Rock and beyond, thousands of seniors wake up each day to silence. No calls, No visits. No one to ask how they slept or what they're looking forward to. At TOTE Foundation, we believe that no one- especially those who've spent a lifetime giving to others- should feel invisible.  Social isolation isn't just lonely. It's dangerous. Studies show it can lead to depression, cognitive decline, and even premature death. But here's the good news.
